| This was the view in the oppostite direction to a subject I was painting in Griffith Park. I liked the scene so, after packing up my paints, I decided to draw it. As I neared completion, a picnicing family unknowingly provided one of their boys as a live model. The addition of the figure turned what was going to be a mere study into an artwork. |
